Replit Monitoring Agent: VibeBuilder Weekly, Oct 26
Replit's new Monitoring Agent watches live apps, plus zero-credit uptime, Lovable Supabase and org updates, and security notes for beginners.
TL;DR
1Replit added a Monitoring Agent on Oct 23 that reads your live app's logs and metrics, then tries to fix problems it finds.
2Replit also says eligible top-up customers can keep published apps running at zero credits, up to an overage limit.
3Lovable's Oct 20 update lets you ask it to create a Supabase project billed to your own Supabase account, and adds Organizations for Enterprise teams.
Top Story: Replit's Monitoring Agent Watches Your Live App
Replit's changelog for Oct 23 describes a new Monitoring Agent. According to Replit, it investigates production issues using your app's logs and metrics, then attempts a fix and checks that the fix works. If you turn on Auto-fix, it triages alerts in the background without you asking. By default, you review and publish its fixes yourself. Replit says fixes go live automatically only if you also enable an experimental setting called Auto-republish.
For beginners, this matters because the hardest part of building with AI is often what happens after launch. Your app breaks at 2 a.m., you have no idea why, and you are not sure which log to read. A tool that reads the logs for you and proposes a fix lowers that barrier. For business owners, it means less downtime on customer-facing apps like booking forms or lead capture pages, and less dependence on a developer being available.
The caution: an AI that can change a live app can also make it worse. Keep Auto-republish off at first, read each proposed fix, and keep a way to roll back. This is Replit's own description of the feature; we have not tested it, and no independent results were found this week.
Plans and Pricing
1Replit, zero-credit uptime (Oct 23): Replit says eligible top-up customers can keep published apps running at zero credits, up to an overage limit. Paid Agent pauses, Free mode stays available, and warning emails arrive before suspension. New credits repay the overage first.
2Replit, Stripe Atlas (Oct 23): Replit says its Agent can help you incorporate a business through Stripe Atlas, with 20% off when you go through Replit.
3Lovable, Supabase billing (Oct 20): If you ask Lovable to create a Supabase project, Lovable says Supabase bills it to your own Supabase organization. Those costs are separate from Lovable credits. The region cannot be changed later.
4Lovable, LlamaParse connector (Oct 20): With the Managed by Lovable option, document parsing spends workspace credits, according to Lovable.
5Lovable, new media models (Oct 20): Seedream 5 Pro (images) and Seedance 2.5 (video with sound) are now available for AI features inside your apps. An admin must enable ByteDance in Connectors first.
6Cursor: Its changelog showed no pricing or model changes in this window.
Security Watch
1Replit chat sharing (Oct 23): You can now share a whole chat or one asset with teammates. Replit warns that development URLs open live servers, not isolated read-only previews. Before sharing, check what your running app exposes, such as admin pages or test data.
2Lovable Organizations (Oct 20): Enterprise companies can group several workspaces under one organization with shared single sign-on and admin visibility, per Lovable. Each workspace keeps its own projects, members, and billing. Useful for larger teams; most solo builders can ignore it.

Nothing verified this week from Claude Code, Bolt.new, v0, Base44, or Windsurf. Cursor's latest changelog entry was Oct 16, before this window. No independent security research dated inside the window was verified.
Try This Week
1If you have a live app on Replit, open the Monitoring Agent settings and try it with Auto-republish left off. Read what it proposes.
2Before sharing any chat or preview link, open your app in a private browser window and see what a stranger could reach.
3If you use Supabase with Lovable, log in to Supabase once and check which organization your projects sit under and how they are billed.
